# Encaminha a outro bot

Essa ação é possível utilizando a opção " Encaminhar a outro bot", vamos ao passo  a passo:

1- Dentro d bot que deseja realizar o transbordo de um bot para outro, selecione a opção encaminhar à outro bot:

OBS#: Só é possível criar essa etapa ao final do fluxo, ou seja, depois da última etapa criada no fluxo.

2- Escolha o bot que você quer que a conversa seja encaminhada:

OBS#: Quando o cliente entra em um bot e é transbordado para outro, a conversa(live chat) e dados ficam salvos no bot inicial.

Prontinho, no momento em que o cliente atingir a etapa de encaminhamento, ele será automaticamente transbordado ao bot que foi definido 🤖🔀🤖.
