# Feriados

Vamos aprender o passo a passo?

1- No canto superior esquerdo da sua conta, clique em Configurações, e depois clique em Minha conta:

2- Na parte inferior da tela, clique no botão Novo feriado:

3- Defina o nome do feriado, a data em que começa, quando termina e salve:

Para que funcione corretamente nas filas de atendimento humano e seja considerado como horário de atendimento indisponível, é necessário que na etapa de Atendimento humano, seja habilitada a opção de "Considerar configurações de feriado:
