# Download Livechat

A opção de "Download Livechat", realiza a extração de todas as informações relacionadas especificamente ao contato, como por exemplo, informações registradas em algum Chamado, ou nível de prioridade, etiquetas ("tags"), data e horário em que o mesmo acessou o atendimento humano pela última vez, entre outros.

 Para realizarmos o Download do Livechat vamos seguir o passo a passo a seguir:

  1 - Acessar o Livechat do Bot desejado:

  2 - Encontrar o botão de Download Livechat:

Essa opção se encontra a baixo do último contato disponível do seu Livechat.

  3 - Selecione o tipo de informação que deseja extrair e o seu formato:

Importante: As informações extraídas serão todas as presentes no seu livechat no momento em que você escolher a opção de "Download Livechat", antes de realizar a extração tenha certeza de que o seu Filtro, esteja demonstrando todos os contatos desejados.
