# Receber notificações em Live Chat

1- Em seu navegador Chrome, no canto superior direito, clique em **⁝ Mais** >  **Configurações:**

2- Clique em **Privacidade e segurança** > e procure por **Configurações do site:**

3- A seguir, clique em **Notificações**:

4- Em **Comportamento Padrão**, deve-se estar selecionado a alternativa: “Os sites podem pedir para enviar notificações”:

5- Em **Comportamentos Personalizados**, a partir da etapa **Permitir o envio de notificações** clique em **Adicionar**:

6- Agora, conforme adicionado, clique para voltar à aba anterior e procure por **Pop-ups e Redirecionamentos** e abra-o. Seguiremos os mesmos passos realizados anteriormente na aba de notificações.

7- Em **Comportamento Padrão**, deixaremos selecionado a opção que permita que os sites possam utilizar pop-ups e redirecionamento:

8- E novamente, adicionaremos os links utilizados anteriormente em **Permitir o envio de pop-ups e o uso de redirecionamentos:**

9- Por fim, voltaremos a página, novamente, e subiremos até **Atividade Recente** > **Ver permissões e dados armazenados em sites:**

10- Procure por **Cosmobots.io** > Em Cosmobots.io, clique na seta que aparece ao lado direito para ver todos os itens de Cosmobots:<br>

11- Agora, você abrirá o **app.cosmobots.io**, clicando ou em cima dele, ou na seta, e ative as permissões para <mark style="color:purple;">Som, Notificações, Pop-ups e redirecionamentos</mark>:
